I'm going to email them and state that i wish to recieve the product for the amount my CC has already been charged for because despite the fact they claim in the e-mail they do not sell this product i have a screen shot of them listing the product for sale on Amazon and their own website and it is also listed for sale by them right now on e-bay!:mad:Will be interesting to see them explain then that they don't sell the product!:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21 :dance:

Ewww I think they have underestimated who they are telling lies to! How dare they think that we are that stupid! I definately think there is a case to counter this email, those that have the screen shots well done for being so prepared! I am too trusting and never take shots but am learning too quickly that maybe they are necessary these days! It really makes me angry when companies feel the need to treat potential clients like this instead of holding their hands up and telling the truth!0

Just got the email. It is very frustrating. They are going to offer us 10% compensation.....pfft....What about 25%, free delivery and the truth.
