It says the same when i log into my account on amazon. However, the email I got quotes at the bottom "Please note that for items ordered from Amazon.co.uk this e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you..."

So i'm wondering if that means the seller can withdraw at this stage??

Maybe we are all wrong...like someone else said, it might be old stock they were trying to get rid of, and that's it all sold....only time will tell!

But because this is sold from an 'Amazon Seller' and not from Amazon directly then different T&Cs apply - In the confirmation e-mail it states the following when purchasing from an Amazon seller so fingers crossed we have a chance!

For items purchased from third parties in Marketplace, this e-mail confirms the completion of your contract to purchase those items.

I missed that bit earlier too - Just hoping the fact that it states we have a contract with the seller for the item that they will have to supply it at that price:T
