So where do we stand legally with an Amazon seller once the order has been accepted?! Can they cancel the order?

Just read my confirmation e-mail and it looks as though we have a legally binding agreement now with the seller so i don't think they can cancel the orders due to the fact the product is mispriced:j

For items purchased from third parties in Marketplace, this e-mail confirms the completion of your contract to purchase those items

Not necessarily.. That states we have a legally binding contract to buy the item. Doesnt mean they have a legal agreement to sell it lol.

Many thanks, just received a £5 gift certificate from a survey site earlier this week so 28p spent here! I'm expecting a cancellation email quoting the vile price getout but you've gotta be in it to win it! I can't believe there's still stock available!

Just to add I ordered 3 x items from this seller priced at £5 when they were £35 each elsewhere back in october and I received them no questions asked and the postage was £1 on them too. (just chkd my order history, didnt realise til then) so fingers x'd :j
