Been for a weigh in today and pleased to say I have maintained my half stone loss. My aim for the rest of December is stay the same, then hopefully blitz another half stone in Jan.
DD and I are away for a couple of nights over Christmas. We are taking some tasty morsels with us for Xmas evening, so a trip to M&S to spend her CC rewards vouchers on some delish, light and tasty goodies is planned.0 -

I am being very lazy and self indulgent and we are off to hotel on the coast in N Wales for Christmas. Buffet tea on Christmas Day was an optional extra (at £25 per head!!) but since we are having full Welsh brekkie ( to be followed by a good brisk Christmas morning walk no matter what the weather) and Xmas Lunch with all the trimmings, we decided to take a few tasty morsels for the evening, have a nice swim and sauna round 6 ish, then have a girly lounge about in the room in big fluffy dressing gowns, watching Christmas night TV, reading, chatting and have some tasty bits and some more fizzy stuff , at leisure! Bliss! can't wait!0 -

Not too worry coco, take this as your new starting point and kick off again. I am starting the Ration Book diet on the 3rd and I am weighing in this Friday and that will be let me know how I did over the Festive Season
