lol no,i dont know cardiff enough to comment TBH
ive had fab nights out there, days watching the rugby etc but never seen the side that you appear to have
although i dont doubt it happens ,just like it does in every city
I dont think cardiff "wants to be " a tourist attraction but it obviously is with the amount of visitors it does get
you either like it or you dontlots do,i guess many like you ,dont
no one is gonna lose sleep over it
i just  :rotfl: @ your comment about the "little world and language" !!!!!!
would you say that about any other country that you dont live in ,who has their "own language" ??
Anyway huuuuuuge apologies AB for the way this thread has headed:rotfl:

My wife and her mum went to the Celtic Manor for a Spa day and felt it was very poor value for money compared to a place like Springs in leicestershire. While the treatments were good, the lunch was very miserly, and a pot of tea for two cost £11!
I'm suprised at how resentful Black Saturn is about Cardiff and the welsh in general after one weekend. I've lived in Cardiff for over a year now (after 15 years in London) and think its a great city thats relaxed and cosmopolitan.
The anti-English thing does get a bit tiresome at times but it is innocuous compared to the daily racist idiocy I had to endure growing up in as Chinese in England. I've experienced virtually no racism for being Chinese in Cardiff.0 -
