Mine is saying card declined too, so i tried to reorder it but now it says I have already used the promotional code once so I cant have the discount!! I put in a support request as I can't get through to customers services but it keeps saying I need to verify my email account using an email they send me, but that just keeps sending me back to the same log in page that sends me back to the page that says I need to verify my damn email!!! I give up. I'm glad others managed to get their orders ok though.

First they came for the crack users; but I said nothing. I was not a crack user. Then they came for the heroin users. But I said nothing - I was not a heroin user. Then they came for me. There was no one left to speak for me. (after Pastor Niemoller)

Those that have had their cards declined - it could be because the company is trying to take more money than you have authorised them to take. This will result in the bank declining the transaction - and rightly so!! As in....

it says my card was declined but the transaction went through barclays on wednesday i think they are telling porkies

ive seen now they tried to charge me 7.99 for the princess diaries and 7.99 for winne the pooh after the transaction had already gone through

how naughty is that they advertised them at 99p

Maybe it's better to thank your lucky stars that the bank has declined the cards - especially as there is no answer on the phone, email nor on facebook (judging by the comments on their Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/beedotcom#!/beedotcom?v=wall choose bee.com + others ), the only way you may have been able to get your money back is by getting via your card company and you might have needed that by Xmas.

As I said yesterday and got slated for - I find it VERY strange that the main DVD supplier of Sainsbury and Morrisons has no stock left. They are not a new business, they are an established business that is now selling online. The point of them being a supplier is that they always have stock of the goods the supermarkets require - Sain/M'sons would order and they send it to them within a few days. Sains and M'sons will not wait until Bee get it back in stock, the supermarkets will simply go elsewhere for their stock. It is all rather odd IMO. Why would Bee have all the hassle of getting more staff to pick and send orders, offer free postage and codes thus losing more money, etc... on a current selling DVD for £2.99 when they can sell it to Sains and Morrisons for min £6, in bulk, have a guarenteed income and lose money? Businesses do NOT trade to lose money.

Something is not right with this company - I'd be cautious. Did the padlock come up when you paid? Do they hold your card details?

I have my doubts about this Company. My first order was declined. Second order authorised (using the same card)! Placed another order and accepted. My second order arrived yesterday with one DVDwhen I had ordered two. I emailed them yesterday and today but no replies. I wish I had never heard of this site.
