I ordered yesterday and still showing up as awaiting dispatch on the site however the money is showing as debited from my card this morning around 10.00, usually most sites i order from take payment at dispatch so wondering wether the account info is upto date or it's been dispatched and on it's way, or possibly they've taken payment early.

I ordered Toy story 3 on Monday (before the code) and received it today - very pleased.

Ordered John Bishop Live yesterday with the code. Don't see any problems with this site that other sites haven't had when codes are shared like this. I am happy to wait a bit longer for despatch if I can save some money.

Also, went through topcashback and it has tracked already.

The biggest problem I've been experiencing (besides the poor website/availability etc) is trying to find anything which actually works out cheaper than buying from Bee's competitors, even with the £5 discount!

Just received my first OOS email from them..

""We recently received your order number 0277776798 for Terminator 1 - 4 Box Set on the 8 Dec. 2010.

We regret that the item ordered was out of stock or damaged when we came to pick your order.

We have refunded your card and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

We will inform you if this product comes back into stock in the next few days.""

Admittedly this was a likely misprice @£4.99 but the inept way that they went live with apparently little stock or competitive prices, even with the discount voucher, would put me off using them in future.

I just checked my account for an order i placed yesterday morning and it states "refunded" not had an email to confirm this!! but presume OOS.:(

So might be worth checking your orders to check if confimed!!!

I know there seems to be a lot of negative feedback on here about bee.com but I just wanted to add a positive note, I ordered TS3, yesterday it was at awaiting despatch all day and I checked my account again this morning and it's showing despatched. It does say in the FAQ's on their website that delivery can take up to 3 days so I think it's fair we all give them a chance to deal with the high demand before we jump the gun on whether they are genuine or not.

I ordered after ts3 went oos but noticed it had kept it in my basket from repeatedly trying anyway I've just checked and mine has been dispatched too
