Honest to goodness, stop trying to make the girl feel guilty for even thinking of having any sort of life. She's already said she's not going out but you just have to have a dig if you can.[/QUOT
You cheeky c*w, i wasn't having a go, i was giving my opinion on what i did.0 -
Hi - I'm 64 in January, met up in September with ex who is now on FaceBook and we are having a terrific time despite the initial shock of our age difference (he's 56). We have history and my memory is that I was horrible to him. Just saying to you that I have droop/wrinkles/affects of gravity and all the rest, and we are having a great time. Will it last? Who knows, am just enjoying it day by day and being in a loving relationship. I think having such a young baby will mean that you are not emotionally or physically ready for a full relationship (isn't your mind constantly on the baby?) but that might be some protection for you.
You are doing the right thing by leaving things for a bit and letting him make all the moves. But if you feel you would like to meet up and he does pursue you, then why ever not. Trust your instincts, and make him do all the pursuing.0 -
Ooo this thread is back!!
No I didn't go, he has been ominously quiet, couple of texts yesterday that is it! So I have left it
On a lighter note (literally!!) I weighed myself today and am amazd to report that i have lost my baby weight plus nearly another half stone! That is enough of a confidence boost without involving men LOL :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Yes, leave it in the past. You have a new baby on whom you should be concentrating.0
