Ha ha, we could sell the house, pay the debts and travel the country fixing up other people's houses... sadly I don't think they'd like the 2 kids trashing it!

lol, you could always send the kids in under cover to trash the house first and then your OH could step in like superman to save the day and make it all good again. lol

    today's plan of action:
laundry HC - tick, one load in cheap leccy and on line another load in
Dishwasher - tick on cheap leccy
    fill a few holes
lick of paint on external door
go somewhere nice and use National Trust tickets

thank you, looks like we should have done it today as the rain has now arrived and apparently is here for tomorrow as well.
Mr LT did at least get the first lick of paint on the external door so that's an improvement.
I've been super organised today, i've got savoury mince and veg in the slow cooker, and an apple pie from the freezer defrosted. My latest challenge is to empty the freezer so there's less to move when we do eventually move. Even if it takes us some time it will be ok as it will be good to clear out some of the stuff that's been out there a while.

we also got some lovely red spuds from the garden, a courgette and 3 red tomatoes which is much better than last year
