We have friends in London who paid for us both to come down on the train and put us up for 2 days as it was cheaper than getting someone in to replace their shower! The price of tradesmen down there is extortionate! OH is working down south at the mo, should send him looking for extra work down there, that'll pay the debts off quicker :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Starting my journey July 2011. For most people the definition of never-ending is 'eternal', in my world it's 'housework'...0

had a great day today, busy, hectic and tiring but exciting and good all around.
didn't start of so great as the valuation wasn't what the other guy said but it's still dooable and we don't have to go with them. We did call a third estate agent to get another value and then we can average it or something. so we'll wait until friday and make a final decision.
just everyone keep their fingers crossed please, but it could be for a long time as i expect that this could be going on for a couple of months.0
