i'm sure they won't mind at all, though i did mention about giving them a little extra for a while as i've a temporary pay rise.Initially my mum was oh whatever... but she actually mentioned it today when i visit so i'm guessing she's decided to expect it which is typical of the way she works. No that i mind but because HR haven't processed the rise yet i won't get it in this months pay yet i think she now think i'm stringing her a line argh!0
