i'm gonna sneak photo's tomorrow as they're both vacant. they're not hovels out in the sticks but are certainly doer uppers. but they should be in our price range so beggers and all that.....
just need to start to look at new mortgages properly and not just speculate about what we could borrow

have had such a lovely time today,
started with hair cut, met sister, saw house No1, fish pedicure with my sister, lunch with my parents and sister, saw house No2, feel in love with house No2.
Now i want to buy house no2 today.... sell my flat today... move in tomorrow, go to shops and buy new kitchen and bathroom, fit them within days, redecorate the next couple of days with help from friend on here hint hint nudge nudge , invite Pippi down for week to help tackle garden and plan new one lol
patience is obviously not one of my virtues lol

only downside was that OH was working the whole time so he couldn't fall in love at the same time

i'm gonna call them on monday and see if Mr LT and i can visit the house on wednesday when we're both hopefully off work. I'm hoping he likes it as much as me and can see past the terrible decor and the need for a kitchen and replacement bathroom
