He's a lovely little thing. Sadly he's also going to end up as a spoilt unpleasant little thing I'm afraid to say, his owner got a dog as much because it would be nice for the kids as anything, and he's great with them, but she doesn't come from a very "doggy" background and so doesn't have much of an idea about training. At the moment mixed messages are very much the order of the day, with him tending to get rewarded for attention seeking which is SUCH a mistake. Interesting he behaves immaculately around me when I'm eating, yet worries her constantly for food - the trick of course is just to ignore him when he starts whining at your feet, but she doesn't quite "get" this yet....! I shall continue to try to quietly get the message across....!

you're right, they would want another one for their main course after having mine for their starter.
Sometimes i wish they would stop barking though, they're on the field outside and never bloomin shut up!0 -
Very odd pictures here on doggies being thrown to the maddening crowd in the field!
EH that poor doggie will be very confused! Peedie isn't very well trained but I don't let him mooch - if of course he ever deems himself worth to actually GET up!

LOL - looks like the thread is being taken over by dog adoration!
Pips you can get away with a dog not being perfectly trained so long as it doesn't attention seek all the time - I know you well enough to know that there is no way Peedie would get away with that sort of behaviour. anyway, any time I've poppped into your thread he's always well behaved....! :A
LT glad the windows are still luvverly but sorry that they are dirty as well as luvverly.

damp is still here EH, still not under control, but we're keeping our windows open in their lockable open state

I contacted the CAB this week about the porch and guttering things and they put me onto an organisation called Leaseholders Advice Org so i've sent them an email with all the details and hopefully they will be able to tell me where to go next with these things. If they can't then i'll go back to the CAB and just sit there and cry which how things make me feel sometimes.
OH is working this weekend so i'm going to try and do a bit of decluttering. I know i should push it in the direction of ebay but life's too short to do that to myself.
But i am also going to try and sort some stuff out here get at least one square inch sparkly.
Received my joining fee for First Direct today so that's been put straight to Norbert so that's a little bit extra this month and at least it hasn't been wasted.0
