How are people doing? Have to be honest that I'm feeling a bit cack. Mort went up again & now 600+, feel shattered trying to do everything which is not helped by trying to do christmas cheaply which failed miserably...making xmas cales more expensive than buying (by about 10!) on pretty much anything (bath bombs, mincemeat would have been ok if it wasnt for the jars!)...ahhh...sorry needed a moan. Cant wait for these loans to be over (will be loaded then!) but its such a long way away...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Hi all...I too have a long way to go and find being on here so helpful...both my loans are for 5 years and were only took out this year...they will have to be paid as normal for now...but am hoping to clear all credit cards and other stuff by march 2007...if at all possible....I will also have to save money each month so that I don't have to look for thousands each year in jan for tax man...I will then work at paying the loans off...then after that will clear the mortgage off as quick as possible....so i'm def here for years!!!:T0

I was having a paddy fit at the thought of taking so long to pay off our debts. in total £105 between my partner and myself not inc a mortgage, however when you split that individually between us and then think well in 5 years times it will be significantly less it doesnt feel that bad.
Our plan is to pay off all the small ( under £2000) debts over next year first then concentrate on the biggies after that, you have to have a plan otherwise you'd go mad
Total Joint Debt £139k
Proud to be dealing with our debts:T0 -
