I too didn't use my voucher, was too late, but I'm mightily impressed with the company coming on here to explain everything.

Managed to get £10 e-voucher although the minimum spend now appears to be £25. Still good value!

Lovely jewellery and lovely site. I will definately use again and reccommend to my friends. I hope this glitch hasn't done you too much damage and hopefully you will benefit from it in the long run

I'm surprised also how many people have not heard of Hiho. I came across them a few years ago.... they quite often have good deals on offer and the jewellery is amazing!!! Keep an eye out guys and don't miss their Jan sale, its always good!!

£10 off a £25 spend may still be a good deal but the explanation doesn't really say why it was changed from £15 spend

I understand the site giving free p&p too was a glitch, but surely the offer as sent and stated in the email should still stand, so £10 off a £15 spend but pay postage costs

i got an order in yesterday and received a despatch email today not that i am expecting it anytime soon (snow) i will defo use them again there stuff looks fab

I read that as they're waiting for orders from a few places. I too am waiting for 8 orders + my solitary order from HiHoSilver.
