I have to say that I had never heard of your company before but now I have discovered you I will definitely be checking your website more often and will also be recommending you to my Mum who is a big fan of silver jewellery. Vouchers or no vouchers I think your prices are very reasonable and your products are lovely so I hope that this won't end up hurting so much in the long run and that you will actually gain a lot more customers as a result of this.

That's really kind of you we don't always get it right but we do try to bring the best quality and value for money jewellery to you all. So I know even if you do have to spend £25 now you will love what ever you buy from Hiho and you get it posted for free any where in the UK for £15 if you use your voucher! Now I am back to the kitchen for more tea for the very busy packing room! Andrew

Can I just ask that people who got their orders today did you receive an email saying your item had been shipped. I ordered a bracelet for my bf mum and sent it straight to her, so wondered if she would have got it yet?? I ordered around 3pm yesterday.

Yes I got a order despatched email from them at 4pm with a tracking number for royal mail. I ordered just before 1pm. But it does sound like they have been very busy at Hiho!

I think that this exercise will only benefit HIHO in the long run to be honest. Sounds like a decent guy and orders are honoured to boot!!
