Hi - I just wanted to say I have had some jewellery from them recently, and was seriously delighted. I had the same thing with my pendant, ie it came without a chain, but I have a nice silver one that I can swap between pendants so that wasn't a problem. So far I've found their delivery times to be really good. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Amazing service, my items I ordered yesterday afternoon have just arrived by royal mail recorded delivery!! And they are lovely. I ordered the heart trivet which is really stunning, and the tealight holder which is slightly smaller than I imagined but still pretty and they will make perfect presents for my Mum. I just tried to order something for £18. 90 went to use my voucher and it came up I had to spend £25 to use my voucher . Tried a few times but its not having it . Am I missing something.
