I'm so pleased to have received the despatch email for the charm I have ordered. I only made one order as I could tell they were a small company- asos is an entirely different story lol!
I'd never heard of them before but I'll be sure to go back every now and then for a peek.
Hats off to hihosilver for honouring this!July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments0 -
£10 off a £25 spend may still be a good deal but the explanation doesn't really say why it was changed from £15 spend
I understand the site giving free p&p too was a glitch, but surely the offer as sent and stated in the email should still stand, so £10 off a £15 spend but pay postage costs
Agreed! I have the voucher which states off a £15 spend, which I was going to use. But I won't now, as I don't want to spend £25.
I would have been more than happy to pay the P&P, and I can understand why they don't want free P&P as well as the money off, but changing the min spend requirements form £15 to £25 despite the fact that the voucher states £15 is very very poor IMO.
I'm unsure as to why people think this is good customer service? I think they are just cashing in on the fact that it has got onto MSE by raising the minimum spend requirements.
I do appreciate that they have honoured orders already placed, when they could have gone back and asked for the postage, but honestly, I'm disappointed that I won't get to use my voucher with the conditions stated, and WON'T be purchasing from there, and definitely WON'T be recommending them...0 -

Nice little website but most of the cheaper items are all out of stock - guess there's been a lot of shoppers on there!0

Hi,
Does anyone know if the 'bead charms' on their site are compatible with pandora bracelets? I have no idea about pandora really but have seen a perfect charm for my friend's new pandora bracelet if it would fit?
Also, to those of you who have received your orders already, do the items come nicely packaged, ready to give as a gift?
Thanks in advance!

I totally agree with you on this one, I always think if something has clearly been offered it should be honoured, after all I would call that good business?0 -

i would think that as most of the smaller amount items are out of stock there have a been a low minority of mses etc yet again abusing the £10 off and making 100+ orders maybe???? this is a small company and to stop themselves going bankbrupt have changed the minimum spend. i do not blame them at all, i think its nice they have come on the board and explained a little.

Hi Glad, sorry not to come back sooner but I have been grabbing some time with my Kids watching Strictly and Merlin. The reason we changed the min order value was that was the only thing we could do quickly enough to ensure we didn't go bust! We had done this as an offer to our loyal customers because of the snow this weekend and had not anticipated anyone posting this offer on MSE! Hope you understand, thanks for your comments.

I would like to say thank you to Andrew, King of the Castle for taking the time to post and explain on this thread I too was waiting to place my order when the terms changed but at least they have had the decency to come on this thread and explain! Alot of big companies in my past experience such as Evans just withdrew offer and cancelled orders with very little or no explanation! Thanks Andrew for taking the time to post!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!
