    1. Meal plan every week :D
    2. Batch cook where possible ;)
    3. Continue 'Finance Spreadsheets' :doh:
    4. Pay all bonus payment (Jan 11) to CC1 _pale_
    5. Ebay the clutter from my life without buying more 'stuff' :o
    General rule: be aware of every penny spent...

    Mine are to be more productive on debt free front,
    plan is do a new spreadsheet and stick to it,
    make sure get payments set as soon as the statement comes
    be more organised with money
    set some money for car

    Ooh I love a good plan! Thanks for asking as it's made me have a think.

    I plan to:
    • be debt free (consumer) by the time I'm 30 (26th Apr)
    • save steadily aiming for £5000 (by 31.12.11)
    • meal plan/online grocery shop better!
    • get a more balanced view of debt - ie going into overdraft for some shoes is not good, going into debt for OU course is acceptable (though not preferable).
    • keep a close eye on spreadsheets to avoid the starve/binge cycle I seem to get into with money
    I know some of my targets aren't "SMART" as such, but I find myself denying myself anything that costs money and then blindly buying things I don't even want in some mad panic.

    • get back into running
    • continue to save £350 each month into my ISA
    • aim to save £500 in my VSP for xmas next year
    I think that'll do me. Better to achieve a few things than fail at loads! ;)

    • Re-think my budget with my new salary (just got promoted) making sure I've got a realistic amount of money for everything but that I'm still saving a large chunk.
    • Keep focused on saving, hopefully about £650 a month.
    • Save for 2 holidays- skiing and a sun hol somewhere
    • Start educating myself about the house buying process
    • de-clutter my house and life a bit, maybe make a bit of money in the process!

    • up my monthly payments to my credit cards
    • stick to my budget religiously
    • actually put money in the sealed pot this year :o
    • use ebay to get rid of stuff i don't want

    Debt-free and Proud!
    Hi, Mmmmm next year I want to:

    1. Pay off my CC - about £2300 and finally become debt free.....
    2. Save, save , save!
    3. Actually create a grocery budget and stick to it for at least 10/12 months
    4. Give up smoking(again) quit for 3 years, started nursing again and consequently started smoking again grrr
    5. Try and start overpaying my £325,000 mortgage......

    Good luck to all with their own resolutions for 2011.
