I wondered if it had anything to do with the problems in Birmingham exhange, many thousnads in that area are without a phone
That happened yesterday and is nearly resolved. This only started this afternoon.0 -
I've just merged three threads regarding the problems with 18185/1899/18866.
I have had no problems myself, but at the office just five minutes away been unable to route calls through 18185 at all.0 -
Having same problems down in the South West.0

Same here in Norfolk, cannot dial out at all0

If you have an Orchid dialler - worth remembering you can dial ## + normal number to stop the dialler prefixing with your low cost carrier prefix. And just go down your 'normal ' provider. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
-
On my orchid 121 is the prefix to bypass the dialler0

Hi,
Is anyone using call 18866 and having problems making calls at the moment? I just get 'Sorry 18866 does not offer calls to this destination yet' , doesn't matter what number I dial (mobile or landline) I get the same message. Just wondered if it was specific to me (and if so how do I fix it?) or is anyone else getting the same?
Cheers
