Might be worth signing up for 18185 which is cheaper and try those, as even though they are the same company I found one would work when the other had a problem.

Same company, same problem it seems, I use them all the time but I now have a problem, just tried 18866 there and same problem

Am getting it too. Worked OK calling America from 2pm-3.30pm. But since then, unable to use 18185 - getting the same message.

    Same thing with 18866.

1899 seems to still be working though.

    What's going on.....?

  • I have just tried 1899 and that is out too. All three are unavailable although they were OK earlier in the day.

It appears to be a major fault on their network.

If you could use 18185,it would be cheaper all round then using 18866.

Yes I am getting this problem too. I am making locla calls that normally work but it just says "'18866 doesn't offer calls to this destination yet'

I wondered if it had anything to do with the problems in Birmingham exhange, many thousnads in that area are without a phone
