Ooh, two posts in one night, get me!

Just logged onto my internet banking and realised I had saved £4.65 using Lloyds "save the change" so far this month! So I decided at the end of each month I'll withdraw whatever is in there and add it to my pot rather than just spending it! :j

I love this thread - it's so friendly!

    Dreamer xx

Dreamer why withdraw it? Surely its better left in the bank earning interest? Can you mentally relabel the savings account as 'Sealed Pot online' - or actually rename the account.

Hey Lola, good to have you here, Sue will be about shortly to issue you with your none returnable nonrefundable challenge number and that'll be you stuck with us for life.

Nothing added to the bottle tonight but a few more small ones for the work tin.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Another 93p in the pot for me today, amount growing slowly but surely. :D

As you can see from my sig, I have a few bits and bobs I need to pay off quickly :o (high interest) so it'll only be small change being put away for the time being.

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

A very warm welcome to the thread, LolaLemon. It's lovely to have you with us. biggrin.gif Have fun saving in 2011. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 3 of page 1. Please read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. NB. Please pop your number on your sig, it helps so very much.

Congratulations angelsmomma on the John Lewis voucher win!!! :T:T It mightn't be anything to do with SPC, but it's gaining money, just like I did with my YouGov £50 money from doing surveys for a couple of years. I'd recommend them to anyone, it might be slow, but you do at least know on receiving a survey that they'll want you to complete it ALL, unlike many others!

Well done LC 2, you too majjak!

Must push off for a little one, be back soon.

Sue x Anyone else wishing to join, please say the word, you're most welcome.
