    Hi guys,

Not many people know this - But if you sign up for the Orange PAYG dialup (You don't have to use it!!) then register your mobile with Orange Wednesday (Any network) and can you your own mobile (any network) :A and get text tickets for Orange Wednesday.

I have a step by step instruction what you need to do. It's perfectly OK to do it of course! :-) :A
If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)

Probably a stupid question - but do pretty much all cinemas accept orange wednesday tickets or just certain chains?

Hi Martin, i am a member of the cineworld Unlimited card which as you are aware entitles you to watch as many films you want for the monthly subscription of £13.99. In the past this has included all 3.D films as it says in there advert ANY film, ANY time. But most recently my partner and i went to see a 3.D movie and they wanted to charge us an extra £1.50 each. This does not sound much but when they are saying there could be over 30 films out this year all in 3.D this amount will soon add up. Anyway when i spoke to the manager he said it was written in my terms and conditions that 3.D movies are not included. So obviously when i went home i checked over my contract terms and conditions and it does not say anything about 3.D movies. They have obviously changed these terms and conditions but without informing me, Is this legal? Also in their unlimited magazine and on their website they advertise the unlimited card as £13.99 a month ANY film, ANY time ANY cinema (excluding London, west end) they also have in the lovely colorful picture the letters 3.D (in blue and red). I believe this is very misleading to anyone who is looking at joining the unlimited card.
Does anyone else have any comments/experiences to do with this?

I cannot believe that MONEYSAVING EXPERT are reccomending that the Public go and spend the minimum of £1 just to get in on the offer, now that MSE have broadcast how to 'SCAM' the offer, things like this will not be available as a perk forthe real Orange customers that spend their hard earned money and get this nice offer back, this offer will be risked now that you have told joe public to basicaLLY LIE and get a deal that do not truly deserve. This is underhand and bad advice from MSE. Lets face it MONEY SAVING EXPERT are just a bunch of LONDON SCAM ARTISTS TRYING TO RIP OFF EVERY DEAL OFFERED BY PROFRFESSIONAL COMPANIES. YOU ARE JUST RATS EATING AWAY AT THE MORAL FABRIC. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HONEST RETAILERS. INFACT YOU ARE NO BETTER THAN SCUM OR THE STUFF I WIPE OFF MY SHOES.

What you worried about it for anyway? You're obviously mad and far too angry at the world to have any friends to take to the movies anyway...Are you the Wicked Witch thats in the Orange Wednesday commercials....oh sorry even she's got a cine mate:rotfl:

How long is the code valid for? If I got a code today, could I use it in a couple of weeks?

    Any possible problems?
Within Orange's terms and conditions it does state 'Text tickets are issued on a priority basis to active customers who spend over £5 per month with Orange. Orange may revise the terms of this promotion from time to time.'
This means it does have a get-out clause and while I've not yet heard of anyone falling foul of this there's always a chance. Then again the outlay is only £1. See Orange's full Terms and Conditions.
I got a SIM card last year just to get the 2 for 1 tickets and never once received the code(SMS) I tried every week for several months and in the end gave up trying.

Good luck to those successful savers, though. :money:

    Beware!
Going down the affordablemobiles.co.uk gets you the Orange sim but you cannot register it at the site they specify in their instructions (simregister co uk), the site just says that the page is not available after referring you to an https address. This means no free £5 topup. Sending an email to enquiries at affordablemobiles co uk gets bounced, this is their advertised email address on the affordablemobiles site.

    Regards

NOW SOLVED - SEE LATER POSTS but affordable mobiles should get their act together!
