    Mine's showing as free too - I will have great respect for this company if they honour this & will buy from them again. Good customer service is worth its weight in gold & gives you the confidence to buy from them again

    Re: the sizing. I ordered M/L and I'm a 16/18 (on the way back down to a 16) and they are just right.

    My account has also states free but it has been like that from the 30th nothing has changed.
    don't think they will send anything out.
