I received two orders yesterday, one I made with the gift bag and one my OH made with nothing but tights. I spent ages trying to do the second order but it kept rejecting our card details so in the end I removed the gift bag!

We have not received any dispatch emails. I did two orders each one with a gift bag and one without as I did'nt think an order for nothing would work.
Looking at the online account, one says dispatched and the rest say placed. If it is any help it was the last two orders I placed that have been received - could they be working in reverse order?

Anyway, don't give up hope just yet - could be snow delays? OP - I would happily send you a pair if I have the right size & colour?

I just had a parcel delivered and got very excited as I couldn't think of anything else I'd ordered...

Turned out it was a couple of free shower gels and a gift set I ordered from another grabbit on here and had completely forgotten about!!

Its made from 100% biodegradable bamboo, so its a fabric bag rather than a paper one. It has a gift label saying that a gift bag is for life, not just for xmas which I thought was really cute. It isn't deep like a normal gift bag so really only suitable for something flat or thin, rather than a box iyswim. I wish I had ordered more of them now as I think they are a great idea. Tempted to get more now but I think you hav to pay for delivery which puts me off.

Ooo sounds lovely! I've ordered a medium one to put a joules jumper I bought my OH in but it sounds like I'll end up keeping it for myself lol

So weird even though it gave me a confirmation of my order when I try and log in it says they don't have my email on file!!! Doesn't look promising for me
