According to their facebook page:
"We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties in our Customer Services department and online."
which might be why some people are still on 'order placed'x

30/11 - 12:30am - Ordered Jumper + 3x Tights for Wife (total £45 - cost of jumper / all tights free)
30/11 - 3:30pm - Checked account online status "Dispatched"
01/12 - 5:15pm - Delivery arrived - including Jumper and 3x Tights - receipt showing Jumper and tights (only charged for Jumper).
Only email received in process was order confirmation - nothing relating to dispatch. Hope this helps.0 -

I've been able to go into my account without any problem.
It still says 'placed'. I'm not too sure we will get this, but lets just wait and see!0 -

Earlier this year Joules had a similar glitch. Their code for 15% discount actually gave a £15 discount instead. I ordered a large number of £16 orders with the code. Money was taken from my card for these orders.
I received conformation of order but then received an email saying an error had been made, my order was being cancelled and as a goodwill gesture they would offer me a 50% discount for 24 hours on any items up to a specific value.
I ignored the mails as even 50% of joules prices is a bit steep for me. A week letter I received 30+ packages through the door.
Apparently as they had taken payment they couldnt cancel the order unless I consented to.
My reason for writing this is that if payment has been taken they may try this approach again. Sit tight and your goods should arrive.0 -

i paid zero - thinking thats why i had no emails eg nothing actually went through0
