Maybe the dispatch email is the gift bag only?

This is what I'm thinking...it does say in the terms and conditions (on page 1) that they can change the content of your order, even on dispatch, if there has been an obvious misprice...

I'm hoping they'll have festive spirit and let us have at least one pair each anyway, although I doubt they'll send 'something for nothing' so imagine if anyone does get anything for free, it'll be the people that put something else in their basket too.

My order is 'processing' at the moment!
  • they are back showing £15 now :(

My best guess is that they'll send out the items that have been paid for ie. the gift bag and ignore all the free tights orders we've placed, as per their T & Cs. My order status still says 'placed' after 2 days. I mean honestly how many of us are cheeky enough to chase up these orders with Joules anyway? But hey, you never know, we might get lucky but I doubt it. Definitely worth a go though! :rotfl:

Me, I "paid" the full advertised price on my credit card. :rotfl:

don't think they can charge the amount if the price increases from your original order. like it said in their email, they'll contact you to arrange payment at which point you can cancel the order.

    was worth a try. :)
