Odd how we've all been treated differently. I mean I received an email from them yesterday informing me of the technical glitch on their system and advising me that they will be processing my order but intend to chase me up for my credit card later. My account status online is still 'placed'. I cheekily ordered 4 pairs of tights, payment at zero. I am a regular customer of Joules but I would have expected everyone to have received an apologetic email from them if they were not going to honour their error. Not sure really how they can process my order THEN chase me up for payment afterwards...am I missing something????0

I ordered 3 pairs of tights and small bag on 29th. Order status is still "placed " and no dispatch email was sent to me, However...
My parcel has just arrived !! .. 4 items, total cost £1.50 (for the bag )
So, it is looking hopeful for everyone - fingers crossed0 -

They can't. You haven't used any codes you shouldn't have, you simply saw what looked a bargain & added it to your basket. If they chose to send it without advising you of any error then a contract has been made at the price you checked out at.Not sure really how they can process my order THEN chase me up for payment afterwards...am I missing something????Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.0 -
