Joules price error!

I've had no e-mails from them, and no parcel, although we didn't get any post today because of the snow I think.
I just ordered 4 pairs of tights - can't see them arriving, I'm not that lucky lol!

I haven't been able to access my Joules account since I placed the order, so I wasnt holding out much hope.

However, I came home tonight to find a pretty parcel containing two pairs of tights and a small bag!

The tights are really nice, packaging is attractive enough to give them as a present. Should mention though that they are very small! I'm an 8/10 so I ordered the S/M. Havent tried them on yet but they look really narrow - think I might have to put one on each leg!

Having said this, they are well worth the £1.50 I spent on the bag which is lovely also. I assumed it was a paper bag, but it is really good quality cloth one. So this will also get used for a christmas gift.

Just checked my account, still reads order status as placed like everyone else, but while the total says £0.00 the price next to each pair of tights says 'FREE'. Hmmmmmmm, fingers crossed then!

For those that can not access their account did you ever get a confirmation email?
My account shows like it has not even been created even though my order went through.

ooo glad I ordered two sizes then! I'm usually an 8 in Joules clothes but in tights usually have M. At least one size will fit :T

No, I didnt hear a peep. Just tried to login again and it's still timing out.

As others have said, I think it comes down to whether there was a paid for item in the order. Guess once they had noticed the mistake they may have pulled up and cancelled all orders at £0.00, considering it too difficult/time consuming to search through all other that did have some value against them.

Feel lucky - I almost didnt put the bag in!

mine still says placed though i didnt put anything else in the bad apart from the tights so thinking i am unlikely to get them but oh well!

Still have a little bit of hope then!! My account showed like it was never even created. In fact I just created a new account with the same email. So strange. Does yours show as not created too?
