Joules price error!

my order came yesterday! have to say I love the big gift bag it's beautiful and i am greatful that they did send the tights with them

Exactly, what would they "force" you to pay??
The advertised price perhaps??

Had no dispatch email, no cancellation email, still says processing on account page, did order gift bag as well and now.... they've taken the money from my bank account-only the authorised amount for the gift bag-did order the free tights so I'll see what turns up!!!:A

Parcel arrived just now-the free tights plus the gift bag-which is a bag for life gift bag-made from bamboo and very pretty with ribbon etc................wow!!!! and order page still says processing if that gives hope to anyone else.:j

I am guessing no one who placed an order just for tights had recd theirs ?

You all seem to have ordered them with a bag being key to delivery.

Mine arrived!!!! Gorgeous medium gift bag and two pairs of tights - thank you joules!! The gift bag was going to be for my hubby but I shall be keeping it as it'll be a nice one to use for shopping in town.

Donno how they can try and take payment off me for something that was free though?! Any ideas?

My account still says processing so I think the general advice would be to ignore that completely!

I almost didn't but I do loves joules so I thought I'd see if they had anything reduced...then did the price ascending filter and spotted the bag!!

To be really honest the tights are a bit disappointing. I thought they'd be woolly ones which would be good for wearing in winter but they're elastic ones instead. They're obviously better quality than ones you'd usually buy as they look less likely to snag but I'm struggling to see how they can charge £15!! I don't really feel like I've got £30 of goods!! The bag is lovely though so I might well order another while they have free delivery :T
