I've just went into my account I was close to getting a Marks Voucher, what a lot of crap this looks. I'm complaining will probably fall on deaf ears, what a fizzing cheek they've got :(
    I love this place :j:T:j
  • I had 4580 points and was hanging on for my Amazon Voucher too, gutted to think I could have cut my losses and claimed a £10 voucher but I decided to hang on in there. Off to complain to, see if I get any response.

I've just emailed them and told them I could of had a £10 HMV voucher then I would have closed my account I for one don't want Megadeals. Would Trading Standards be interested in this are they allowed to do this? Anyone know?

    What a dirty trick !!!

I read the bit about MegaDeals coming and thought "Oh no, another Groupon type offer to ignore" but was as surprised as everyone else to find that the whole website has been taken over.

I appear to have £5 credits so as soon as I can spend it I will be off. There's no chance of increasing my total now - another 50 credits each time I buy a MegaDeal BUT in tiny print at the bottom it says that is only on Pigsback MegaDeals and NOT on 'Best of the Rest' offers.

I have sent them a message with my opinion of them for what it's worth. What a way to run a business.

oh chuffing great. what a crock of 5hit this is.
I was going for my next Amazon voucher and I've been stuffed with £17.46 worth of MegaDeal credits
Just like others have said, I live over 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest location and have no interest in any other "deals" that I have seen so far

No search or sort functions on the site other than the drop down box for location/company
You have to sign up to KGB Deals before you can get any details of their offers

I'm livid. My husband cashed in his points last month and got a voucher. I have (had) 3720 and was just about to get another £10 voucher and lose the remaining 720 cos I'm fed up with them. I've been using pigsback to go to Ebay (wish I'd stuck to doing it via TopCashBack now), so doubtlessly these points will disappear.

I have no problem with them changing the way they run their site. It's theirs, to do whatever they want with. But I think to just make this MAJOR change without giving their members any warning, is tantamount to theft. Yesterday, I had £10 I could have claimed, with "change". Today, I have nothing. They've taken my money, effectively.
  • This is the third time this year i've had this happen to me.
I've lost all faith in these types of companies now.:(

Sent them a short, but to the point :o message and just unsubscibed.
It was nice for a while, but its been hard work for so little reward for way too long now.

Thanks to those that have posted the answers etc in the past :T
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(
