Frankly disgusted. Have been with them since the very early days. Cannot believe they've done this. Had 2890 points so was well on my way to a voucher which I was much looking forward to.

I ordered a voucher with the points I got from the travel comp win a couple of weeks ago, wonder if it will even turn up now.

Mega Deals - who wants their crappy deals, absolute rubbish. Really annoyed we didn't get notice of the points change, spent ages collecting them for nothing !!!!!!

Me and hubby have both got just over 3,000 points.I was hoping to get to 6,000, then i could order some M&S vouchers.It's scandalous.

All four people in our family have accounts and we have all sent a message via their 'help' form basically saying what a load of rubbish and they should have warned people of the points change. Guess they'll not take any notice but makes us feel a little better. That's the end of that!!

What a damn disgrace. I was 200pts away from claiming a £20. voucher at least they can be exchanged for something you want and are going to use. I have just written to them complaining, saying that mega deals are useless to most of us and also that a warning would have been good manners.

Please can I urge all of you to complain to them as well, probably won't do anything but at least they will know this has not gone down too well. If they do not change back to vouchers, I would imagine they will lose a lot of members. Diane

Iv'e complained.Don't suppose it will make any difference, but at least they know how we feel.

I've complained too as i was saving for a premier inn voucher and went on pigsback to redeem it only to find megadeals!!!!!! fuming!!!!! Been saving for ages. Not happy at all.
