My points were still there so I've just ordered a "snuggle buddy" which was about the only thing I could afford. Fingers crossed it arrives. Couldn't bear to get a pig one though!
Me too and my 2388 points have disappeared:eek: I have sent them several emails to which they do not even bother to reply to.
