CAN trading standards do anything though?
I mean, if other user's on here have any joy in contact TS then I'll follow suit but I'm a little reluctant to waste more time on this

Just to put the final full stop to this thread ...

I wrote to Pigsback this morning to ask how I can spend my £18+ when only offers in euros are featured. This is the reply:

    Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately the UK site has ceased trading and is no longer running.
    Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
    Kind Regards
    Charlene

Yes, I got the automated request to email via their site, and I had started from the Megadeals site, too. That reply pointed me to this page, and top right of that page is a "Contact support" link. That's what I used.

I've been emailing them every couple of days and not had a reply. So sick of sites doing this to me at the moment. I know it's the risk you take and blah blah blah but come on, I'm owed triple figures across various sites at the moment so I'm getting quite angry!

Anyone on here who tried emailing them recently - did you get the customer service satisfaction survey today?! What a !!!!ing joke! It was one of those 'we see you've contacted us recently, let us know what you think' surveys - and the best part is they said it would pay 50 Piggypoints if I filled it in!! Of course I let them know exactly what I thought... that they're thieving !!!!!!!s who are so confused with their own lies that they clearly can't remember which company they're pretending to be at the moment (Piggypoints? Hello?!) and they should only contact me in future if it's about the refund I've demanded multiple times this year which keeps going ignored.

You've given them more time than I would, even for my £18-odd!
