I've been checking in at pigsback / megadeals every so often to see if there's anything I can spend my £18.33 on and it's now only Irish hotel breaks priced in euros. Really wish I'd kept a better eye on it when it first switched and spent up then.

Really there was nothing worth buying. They have over £18 of my money, too. :(

You could try contacting Trading standards.

Not sure how much they can help.

But something strange I have been discovering....

I have been playing M**ains s*ud S*illings games each week. And when I accumulate enough points i cash them in for vouchers. The last three I have received all have pigsback.com stamp on the front of the envelope, an address in Ireland, and these vouchers never used to come from there. And one time there was a compliment slip from pigsback, including the m**ains one.

very strange.... I mean these are legitimate vouchers, they are valid and work.. but why pigsback are involved, I have no idea.

Am I being thick or do they only seem to be contactable by phone? Thb I'd feel like a bit of a knob phoning them up and moaning about a £10 voucher, but if they had an email address it wouldn't hurt to fire something off to them I suppose.

Out of curiosity I clicked on to the Irish site. It looks a bit different to the UK version - seems to be business as usual for them!

I suppose they prefer to speak to you directly rather than having to ask lots of questions by email. But if you do call and they can help, then other msers can do the same. Then maybe enough pressure can be put on them to do something positive?

My guess is that when Pigsback decided to abscond with all our money they got rid of (sold) any outstanding vouchers to M..ains who are now using them for their website games.
    It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
