  • Hi,

I have received my necklace and it arrived pretty quickly. I just wanted to get something out of pigsback before I cancelled my account.

Ok I think it could be given as a gift to a young niece other than that it's very light and thin. I don't believe for a minute it's worth £30.

There hasn't been anything else worth having.

I've received mine today - it's ok for nothing and will go to a local charity for their tombola. Just glad to get something out of Pigsback...

I also got the silver necklace in the post. It's pretty enough I suppose, but by no stretch of the imagination is it worth £9! Like other posters have said, it's been dispatched by PoundMart!

Well, that was the end of my short association with Pigsback ...

I have purchased the earrings recently advertised so wonder what marvellous bargain I will receive going by what others have said about their items.:D That will be me sorted with Pigsback;)
  • I received two necklaces yesterday, I'm quite pleased with them and I know my 9 yr old daughter will like one. Glad to have got something back from the pig.
  • I still haven't got my item, and did get an email back saying they'd chase it up but I don't want it any more as Christmas has already passed, what the hell do I need to do to get a refund out of them? I don't want my flipping points back as I don't trust them anymore (not like I trusted them in the first place really). I certainly wouldn't buy anything else after this.

I have tried to login a few times over the last week even sent an email to say I have problems with no response.

I applied for my password which it sent thus meaning I have an account with them, but on login it just goes to the same guest page as I started with.

I have mailed them again but think I can kiss my £18 goodbye

Just closed the page and entered again and wow I'm logged in, but can't get to My account just says some problem has occured, so looks more like a facepage with nothing in it.

  • Well, my item still hasn't arrived, and when I chased Pigsback/Megadeals up about the refund, they told me they passed the details on to the company the item was supplied by and I have to wait for that other company to refund me. Does that sound right? Considering I placed the order with Megadeals and not with the other company? If it means I will actually get my refund in money rather than useless points, then I suppose I'm prepared to wait and see... but it doesn't sound right to me.
