has anyone received their silver heart chain yet? would love to know what its like as the write up says it has a shimmery effect which is putting me off, i just want normal silver!

Still waiting for mine, but I only ordered it the week before Christmas so probably too soon to be expecting it.

I've also just ordered the silver necklace (I had £9.55 in points). Looks like its a voucher although, I have no idea who the merchant is?

Just also read through their T&C's - crikey, they dont half know how to go on!

Please let me know if you actually receive anything. I didn't receive my item and they've stopped responding to my emails asking for my points/money back. Really unimpressed, it looked like a scam from the start and they're not exactly helping themselves out with their behaviour on the situation. (I know it's been Christmas and New Year but according to their auto-reply emails, their office has been open and I've had read receipts showing they read the emails I sent them).

My silver necklace just arrived today. Yes it is actually silver.
A VERY fine (small) locket & chain. Not even worth £9! It will do for the school sale; should raise £1!
Part of the postmark says www.poundmart.com; that will give you an idea of the value; probably £1!

I received mine today. Does have '925 DIA' stamped on it, if you know silver marks. Smaller that I thought it would be, heart is 15 mm. Comes in a small pink flock velvet bag. Same postmark as horsechestnut. Merchant is Raza Traders, E15 1RN.
