I have kinda lost points as there was noway i had 5514 points which is how much my conversion was worth. I too been saving for Amazon vouchers since they upped it to 6000 and then cut the points by a third.

Have they been taken over or something , Its hardly a deal if they just posting stuff from groupon or KGB. Has really 2 people took up the facial scrub offer? Maybe if that stuff is stuff they already use maybe but to me if that brand was fashionable or the best, it now looks like the Shopping channel carp that pays some celeb like Britney or Jess Simpson to promote and say how great it was blah blah thanks for the million dollars .

Just to add a few things

Ok so no mention of loss of our points just the adding of Megadeals.

Yes Charlie Darwin did say that but it also means your bacons cooked :D

Yes its simple. If they was Cadbury's, they would have taken out the Green triangle from your box of Roses and replace it with Dog poop.

  • Oh no :(

I think it's been on the cards for a while that the piggy was winding down but it's such a shame for people who were near a voucher. I have asked them if I will be receiving my Amazon voucher that I ordered last week.

I don't believe it, I was only 20 points off 6000, and recently I have shopped with Boden and Toys R us so that I get my £20 Amazon voucher, I feel absolutely gutted.
  • I received a reply saying if I have already requested a voucher then I will receive it. Doesn't help the people who were close to getting one though :(

I just had that confirmed by Pigsback too. "If you have requested a reward prior to the site change then these will be honoured." (although they chose to ignore my question about how many more weeks it will take just to supply a voucher code!)

At least it's a small mercy for some, but obviously it's a fat lot of good for other people I know & anyone else here who was on about 2900 or 5900 points and almost ready to order a voucher!

The only thing that I can afford is the "Ghost Tour of York" which is a very long way from Merseyside; and of no interest to me anyway!
I have lodged my complaint; but of course it will do no good.
Just shows how though things really are.

I was on the verge of a £20 amazon voucher.

Will be sending an email to complain about the underhanded way they have went about this change over ( no notification ).

I certainly wont be using their new site as whats to stop them from changing the goalposts again albeit in a different format )

    What a bummer!!

I've written a snotty e mail too. I live over 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest location listed in the drop down list, have no interest in any of their "deals" and am so angry that my mum has around £14 worht of points and could have ordered a £10 voucher had we had any warning of this fiasco.

I've referred so many people over the years, entered all their stupid competitions day after day and have had to fight tooth and nail for points on several occasions, well I'm done with them now!
