If items are missing from your order then you will be charged for the items sent which may be why the figure taken out is abit off. I think they also split the delivery charge between items too which may be why it's a little out?

If you have had a despatch notice then your order is on it's way, or that is what you will be told.

I'm getting increasingly annoyed with the snow, so much for my next day delivery! I shall be requesting my next day delivery charge back, also looks like they have taken much more than I authorised too

after getting the we are sorry to cancel your order due to technical problems with the code email, Today the money has been taken from my account, & i have just received 2 dispatch emails for sum reason they have split the order half n half ?? so im hoping i actaully get it now:T

Just realised 3 of my things are missing. Either they are splitting it or just not giving me them. I do worry they will take the full amount!

i did not get this glitch but i am in suspence waiting to see if you got your orders, i keep coming on here reading each post just to see if anythings come:rotfl:i wish this white stuff would go away so the delivery vans would get to you. my god this will make a differance to some of you guys christmas shopping hoping you all get them soon. good luck everyone

I have the amount missing from my cred card not showing who its gone to but im pretty sure its wasnt missing yesterday if that makes sense

I had no cancellation/ dispatch email. So rang them yeterday and they told me my order was cancelled. I didn't have a very good phone signal so will try againg today, to see if they can do anything. The money is also still not back in my account.

No just standard delivery. It didn't occur to me till after to pay for next day delivery though i will remember this for next time!

My order has just arrived! I ordered 19 items and one was out of stock but the rest are here. Do you think they might ask for it back?! I am just confused as to why i got a cancellation email but they delivered the stuff anyway, though not complaining! I really hope the rest of you get your orders. I got my despatch email around 4 in the morning too so for those of you who had a despatch email at that time i'd think it's fairly likely you will be getting your orders.
