Elc £5 off code glitch

it's just so annoying that they haven't let us know. i can understand them cancelling orders but they really should tell us, esp this close to christmas - i don't know whether to go out and buy other things or to wait and see if the order turns up. would just be good to know one way or another.

I placed 2 orders 1st order 1pm i only ever received a confirmation email, no cancel email or nothing, no money was taken & they havent sent this order

The second order i did about 1.30, i got the conformation email,followed by a order has been canceled due to the code, the money went out my account, & i received this order on saturday:doh:So no idea what they are doing

i placed me order at 1:13. got confirm email and cancelled email. money is on hold in my account but never actually taken. however, money has been on hold now since i ordered. am wandering when i will get it back?

I never did recieve the rest of my order. But I really don't mind!

Not happy with ELC at the moment have several parcels waiting to be delivered keep getting a different story every time I ring.All my items are non glitch items.
I did receive one order today for the Happyland Fun Fair which came pre used the box was a mess all the plastic ties holdind it down and been cut and the round about is not working it has clearly been sent back by some one else.I am just hoping I get the rest of my ordered soon so I can check them before christmas.
