Hooray my order has finally arrived, a few bits are missing and they have charged me for them but overall I am very happy, just need to call them for a postage refund.

Could I just ask if there is anyone who has received the generic DM10 cancellation but still has their order showing as processing? Has anyone actually had their order shown as cancelled on their account page on ELC? I haven't had any money taken so I doubt that I will be lucky, I asked for next day delivery (didn't happen, but I am stuck in the snow) but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for orders that have been honoured and ones that haven't, has anyone rung and asked why some have been honoured and others not? I was tempted but didn't want to draw attention to the ones that were getting through!! Sorry for all the questions but trying to work out whether to put this one to bed or do a bit of chasing....

Yeah I also got the standard cancellation email but it still shows on my account as processing. I'm not holding out any hope though as I think if I was getting anything I'd have had a despatch email by now.
