Elc £5 off code glitch

mine was showing as processing and still is when I rang around 5 I was told elc had cancelled the order but hadnt told me!

My original order was cancelled but is still showing as processing on their website, even though i've since rung & had them re-place the order at the original price and have had delivery of it.

Just had my elc order, all there and only charged the glitch amount.
Did have the 'cancelled email' then the dispatch email. Thanks so much op :beer: x

Just got my order too!! Also had the 'cancelled email' !!! Got a despatch email but my internett has been down, so got a nice suprise when the delivery arrived. 1 item missing, so emailed them and they are going to send me the item!!

No I didn't get next day delivery, but this was the first of my three orders that I placed as soon as glitch was found, I didn't get the other two later orders though, hth.

Thanks grabbitgirl, really pleased you got an order through, Savvybunny2009 had next day (I think?) so just wondered if they were only honouring those.

No, I had next day delivery. I rang them today because my order was still processing, they said that some had slipped through the net, that mine was cancelled and she would put the order through with a 20% discount which was all she was authorised to do, offered a manager call back which I said I would think about and then she gave me a 20% code to use online, small consolation, didn't make me feel any better!!! I think most of us have missed out, wish I had been quicker getting the order through, I ordered at about 2 in the afternoon!
