I had a cancellation email but I received my order today with a few things missing but I still only got charged £10

Thanks for the replies, does seem very random, just goes to prove yet again that life is a lottery, fingers crossed that they continue to be random and disorganised, maybe it will fall in someones favour! LOL

Ooooh i dont know whether to ring or not? i ordered 29 november and said 4 days delivery so realistically should of arrived by today but still not had it, nor have i had cancellation or despatch email, still says processing on the website, so i dont know whether to ring or not? x

I would leave it for a few days. I still haven't had my normal order from 27th November yet.

HDNL van came past this morning and I almost passed out with excitement but it just drove straight past!

My full order arrived today, no problems. Just double-checked my bank account and they did charged the "glitch" amount so I'm happy :j :money:

Mine still says 'processing' but I haven't had an email either way - would be nice to know one way or the other but I don't want to ring and draw their attention to it.

I am thinking same as you twinkliestar, I had initial confirmation of the order but nothing since and I dont want to ring them up and draw attention to it. I am still really hoping its just got delayed in the snow
