my mum did an order and has not received cancellation or dispatch email, in her elc account it still says 'processing'. wonder if she will get it :eek::eek::eek:0

I got a dispatch confirmation today so I'm hoping my order will come tomorrow. I did the express checkout so do not have an account and I haven't had a cancellation email at all :j0

I placed my order on Monday at 13:55pm got the "receipt email" but since then had no despatch or cancellation, debating whether to ring up or hold on a bit longer? What do you reckon? xLoves Her Baby Boys
