    I give up, they say their tracking doesn't work, and then the phone went dead. What carp customer service! Do I go shopping and risk a missed delivery :/

    Hiya, just to confirm customer services have agreed to refund the difference, which I am releived & very happy about! I will keep an eye on my bank ac though just to check that they do it. They have said it will take a few days. Looking at the box of items I've received t certainly does not look like £90 worth of stuff, I could have got it much cheaper elsewhere so even if I could have afforded that much I wouldn't have kept it. No moaning, as I know I'm really lucky, but I will be very selective about what I purchase from ELC in the future.

    I recieved a despach email yesterday at 4am (i paid for next day delivery) I then recieved a cancellation email at 4.30pm, Ive just come home and all items have been delivered!!! Total charged to card £8.95.

    Stupid stupid delivery man! He brought something from another company with him as well today that needed signing for & because no-one was here, he took the whole lot back including my ELC stuff which didnt need signing! Bloody idiots!!

    They won't take it back to ELC straight away though, they normally allow you to phone them & re-arrange delivery?
    Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.
