Oooh thats another thing I got free when I complained to them! So they honoured my original price AND gave me free next day delivery. I'd ring them if I were you. I wouldn't usually have minded but there was only a very light dusting of snow yesterday, perhaps more a frost at it's best and delivery vans were up and down our street. When I spoke to them today they said something about the snow at my depot but there was no snow yesterday so I cannot see why I am waiting? I have also been out in the car today myself without any trouble. I'm not trying to be ungrateful as I will be very pleased if all goes well, my husband was made redundant last week and Christmas is now going to be a struggle so this will make a big difference to us, but almost £8 for next day is excessive when I still haven't had delivery.Comping wishlist for 2017

Oh so sorry to hear about your husbandI do think you should phone them & explain that using the weather as an excuse isnt acceptable. (if indeed that is the excuse they give!) And at the very least it would have been courteous of them to have at least got in touch with you to let you know delivery had been delayed!

Yep. I had a very lengthy call with them, in which I explained they had broken their own T&C's by cancelling my order for being "out of stock" when clearly this wasnt the case as I was able to buy all the items there & then (they confirmed this to be true). I told them I would speak to the OFT if they didnt re-order my items at the original price. It was after my call they revised their cancellation email to say their had been a problem with the code.COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER0 -
