Elc £5 off code glitch

anyone who hasnt had an email....check in your bulk box or spam, or junk ....thats where mine was...boooooo! i didnt get the oos message, i got the 'error with code' message, so i guess that means i cant complain about it like others???...booo!

it's kinda cr ap py that even after all the emails and stuff when you check your order history and it says 'processing'.....really gives you a false sense of hope! haha

I had the website error email yesterday but they have today sent me an email saying my items have been despatched?! I guess i will have to wait and see if anything turns up... trying not to get too excited!

No e-mails for me either yet, checked my spam too! Order still says 'processing'....

I made an order (without any codes) on 27th November then a Daily mail code order (with £35 to pay) on 29th November. Got the standard cancellation e-mail yesterday. Checked my spam box today and have 2 dispatch emails, one for each of my orders that arrived at 4am within a minute or two of each other. Website now says dispatched for both orders. Nothing has arrived but then I was waiting for a couple of other parcels today and they aren't here either. I presume the snow is affecting deliveries. Would have been nice to have a parcel tracking number.

So, I'm not really sure what's going on!!

I haven't ordered anything from ELC, I'm just being nosey and keeping my fingers crossed that some of you get what you have ordered.

I placed 2 orders 1 on my email 1 on my husbands both for over £50 i didnt take the mick & add really cheap items they were all £8-£20 items.Both orders were placed around 1ish so quiet soon after the code was posted however i didnt order next day delivery.I got the technical problem email & your order has been canceled so i just thought ohwell bring on the next glitch.
I have just checked my online banking and today both amounts have been taken from our bank accounts, i asked dh if he had received n e emails from the elc and he said no only a confirmation email,i had just presumed his order had been canceled to:eek: I done the quick check out so cant check the status online.
is it coming? isnt it coming?should i phone them for a refund or just wait & see if it comes.
I only went and finished the kids xmas shopping yest after thinkin i wasnt getting the elc order

I am confused!

Difficult to say what's going on with mine. As I already said I have two orders - a 'normal' one from the 27th and an Daily mail order form the 29th. ELC have taken various small amount from my bank account but no matter how I add them up I can't make them match my order prices - they almost do but won't match to the exact amounts!
