I still havnt had the cancellation email?? But no confirmation of order email either? wonder what will haooen, not sure if money has been taken as i cant remeber what else i have paid for on my card that might be pending??

Was going to call them and before you get through to an advisor it says orders are being delayed due to snow so I'm going to wait until the end of tomorrow until I chase. Wishing you luck loubylou, what does your account say?

Tried to reorder and it was all fine - the daily mail code giving me a fiver off over £25 but then when I tried to check out about half an hour later the code had stopped working. Was about to put an order through for £60 too - not best pleased. Especially as they said that it was fixed and working as expected in the email they sent me today.

This was my first grabit. I received the email letting me know that they are not able to process the order because of the code problems. I was expecting that - no probs.

This morning, I have an email letting me know that my items have been dispatched.

Not sure what this is about. Hopefully I am not being charged the full amount.

Any one else received this.

I too received cancellation yesterday and dispatch note this morning. I image that that have just moved them on in their order system to get rid of them and we will not actually receive anything. I would keep an eye on your payment card though just to be sure!

I have spoken to ELC this morning, apparantly my order is on it's way but Yodel haven't been able to deliver because of the snow.

Those that have received despatch emails, check that the funds have definatelky come out (maybe call the bank to confirm) because once it's despatched they have to fulfill the order. I'm thinking that the cancellation email sent was generic as I received the email many hours after I had my despatch email.

Just spoken to them regarding my re-placed order, & its on a van on its way to me! Woooo!
