Yup was in the Daily Mail...maybe if you ring to complain you can pretend thats where you saw it and why are they telling you, your items are out of stock as you have checked the site and they aren't! Pretend you know nothing of these ''glitches'' :P

Nothing received here yet, maybe it's too early although most delivery companies have been in my close today already.

I think now a manager has been informed that they will be revising what they will be doing about these orders and will send an email to customers either saying that an 'automatic' email response was sent out and correct their wording or they may honour them. I don't think there would have been tonnes of orders using the glitch as it had expired not long after it was posted on hukd and mse were only aware of it for an hour. I wouldn't have thought non mse'rs would have necessary realised or told everyone they knew so I think the damage to them is rather limited.

I have had the cancellation email, money is still not back in my available funds and it still says 'processing' on my orders page AND i have sent a long winded email to them as I can't phone, I have a sick 3 year old on my lap who keeps whining! I do hope that some people have passed through and gotten what they ordered. I do feel kind of silly getting worked up over a glitch....but it WAS a mistake on their part, not mine. I think the 'lie' in the email was the last straw for me. hee hee. Good luck all!

Heard nothing either, think i can picture an emergency contigency meeting in elc head office as to the best way forward. O to be a fly on the wall in that one. Wonder if they read this site, now that would be funny

Just checked and says processing. No cancellation email. Order is over £70 so I bought more than I planned!!

Really hope it goes through, I tried not to take the p**s when I ordered so really hope it gets honoured.

Nothing here, no cancellation yet but was ordered on a next day so obviously not happening.

Not heard anything here yet either - and I admit, I took the pee ordering. Something like 49 items for £14.
But if I get the "out of stock" email I shall be phoning. :rotfl:
