I would love to phone them but Im no good at standing my ground when i know that really it was a mistake on their computer system. Yes that isnt my problem but i took advantage of it and if they say that is why the order is canclled then apart from me saying they should have said that in the first place and not items out of stock, i would cave in. I wouldnt be pushy enough to actually be able to get them to re-order for me. Anyone who does manage to though then well done.

I'm as stubborn as a mule. Normally goes against me, but in this case, for once, it stood me in good stead! LOL!

Hmmm, well, I emailed Mr Wong to tell him I thought his reasoning was wrong and that as a company that claimed to be about teaching children it shouldn't be telling untruth's.

I don't expect to hear back from Mr Wong, but I do hope that if a similar thing happened in future they would be decent enough to tell the truth.

I took the plunge and called also. Felt sorry for the lad on the phone as he didn't have a clue what to do really! He went away to talk to the manager and when he came back he said there were a few of these orders they are having queries on :rotfl:. Anyway a manager is going to call me back. Doubt it will come to anything but at least I tried!!

Thats what they said to me. So I gave it 10 mins & rang back. Managed to speak to a manager in the end. Although as I said in previous posts, I was on the phone a good while in the end!
